Prompt and punctual, the service provided was 10/10. I was worried about exposure to my children and Ray quickly explained and reassured me with all of my safety concerns. We live very rural also so getting someone to come so far out I found very difficult, but your company did not hesitate, it was no drama at all another bonus willing to travel and being within a fantastic budget. Couldn't be happier, I would recommend IPM to every buisness and personal properties and will continue to have IPM service our properties annually, Thankyou IPM
