Tess provided such an exceptional service from start to finish. Her attention to detail was remarkable. She thoroughly inspected every corner of our home for carpet moths, going as far as getting in between the layers of our curtains to find where our constant issue was arising from and explained every part of the treatment process. Simon is a super friendly and knowledgable guy who offered a prompt assessment of an odour problem in our house several weeks ago. He gave us a really effective (but not overpowering) deodoriser which improved the problem immensely - so much better than those stinky perfumed ones from the supermarket!! Thanks a bunch!
