This was our 3rd routine termite inspection by Dandenong Pest Control. Booking was easy, reliable & professional; followed with email & text reminders. Technician (Matt) arrived during the booked time interval & conducted the inspection in a planned manner, covering all areas of the property & using state of the art equipment in addition to traditional tools. Even inspected the fences, roof void & garage ceiling. Was courteous, soft spoken & very careful with his ladder etc around the house. Even politely took off his shoes within the house, without even being requested): Also take this opportunity to mention about many positive interactions over the phone & by email with Jamie, Sarah & others in their office - they are an experienced team that appear quite passionate about their business, reputation & customers. I've used this company a few times now and really like their service. They have discounts if you are combining basic pest control with something specific eg ants spray. They also come back to respray if you find the pest problem still persists after 6 weeks or so. I've tried a cheaper company who promised to do the same but would never return for that respray LOL. This company charge a little more but i feel like they're worth the price for the added security. Always friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

Dandenong Pest Control are great and reception are so nice and helpful. The technician that came out was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping with mice in the roof and explained what he would do. They are very experienced and being doing this for years. Would highly recommend if anyone requires pest control services.
