Pest Demise

We have got mice in our roofing area, which drove me insane, scared and could not sleep well every single night. Luckily, we called the Pest Demise. Jim (James) responded and acted so quickly. He revisited us for a few times to make sure everything is in control. He is very friendly, easy to talk to and most importantly very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommended his service.

We had Jim come out because we had been having insect, spider and ant problems. Jim was very knowledgeable and explained the different treatments he could do. Jim even offered to come back in a couple of weeks to do the second spray as he didn’t want to mix treatments and possibly reduce their effectiveness. Super friendly great knowledge and great service.

We had an emergency with European wasps making a nest and getting through the wall on a Friday night with four small animals that could have been attacked, Jim was there within 40 minutes and took care of everything! He helped so much and was such a kind and caring person who made sure that we and our fur family were safe! He also came back to check on everything the next day and has stayed in contact making sure that we are happy with the service and the treatment! 10/10 service and will be using him again!
