I contacted Bio Pest due to an 'invasion' of small ants over a two to three day period. All my efforts to eradicate them had proved unsuccessful. I contacted Bio Pest at about 1.00pm and explained my problem. I was assured that a service technician would arrive that afternoon and was given a time of 3.00pm. Gary, a very pleasant person arrived on time and conducted an inspection of our premises and explained and showed me what he would do to solve the problem. He proceeded to apply a pesticide in the areas where the ants had gained access to the inside of the house and laid 'traps' inside in the major problem areas. He also explained that he would return in 2 weeks time to complete the treatment and assured me that by that time there shouldn't be a problem any more This morning the ants have not reappeared, and I cannot see any ant trails. Hopefully they will not return I have no hesitation in giving a 5 star review to Bio Pest and to their technician Gary

Awesome Adelaide family company. We had a major termite infestation, they came gave us a very reasonable quote. They don't rip you off just give the right advice, always prompt & we had a bait, spraying & traps set up. The destroyers were Destroyed & we able to rebuild Their professional employees are great. Couldn't ask for a better company

I am very happy with the job provided by Bio pest . Dean contacted me for quote and next day job was booked and completed to 100% of my satisfaction. They also do 6 inspection for next 12 mounts after termite treatment with the follow ups. Highly recommenced. Easy to communicate, not a wastes time. Will use again. Ivan
