Loved working with Piran Helmore for one of the property he did B& P inspection for us. He was very detailed in his report and took time to discuss the report with me in length. And was always reachable for our future questions and queries. Highly recommend him and his services.

Overall a very in-depth report and inspection on the Building and Pest report. I would happily use again, regardless of the con’s outlined. Pro’s and cons : Pro’s in-depth report, knowledgeable, thorough and adds own recommendations. Shows experience in the report and I am very happy with what has been produced in the report. Easy to digest. Happy with all recommendations covered. Con’s Shame about the amount of terms and conditions at the start and end of the report. To me it comes across as covering own backside, rather than focusing on a report for the client. Does not conduct roof inspections. The main part of any building is the roof. As a qualified builder, you should be able to gain access to any roof and conduct an inspection. Be that visual or via a drone if unable. Does say though in the report, to contact a plumber to conduct a roof inspection. Happy with the service provided overall. Happily use again.

Fortunately we used the expert staff at Twin Cities pest and building inspections. Their very thorough detailed inspections actually saved us the drama of buying a property that was badly deteriorated and at risk of pest attack. All information was emailed promptly to us the next day. I read the very detailed reports and we then decided not to proceed with the purchase the the property. There was also plenty of advice if we decided to proceed. So all in all we were totally satisfied with their expert advice and service at such quick short notice.
