Gerard is fast, flexible and generous with his time and assistance. Being highly knowledgeable and broadly experienced in his termite and pest control field, in all of this time Gerard has never once let us down either for our annual timber pest inspections, long-term termite prevention needs, cyclic general pest treatments or any one-off questions or concerns. His keen eye, contemporary equipment and methods, and focus has supported us in maintaining a secure, timber-pest-free home – our biggest and most valuable asset! Gerard has consistently given us prudent recommendations and reminders at our periodic inspections, about critical upkeep practices to prevent timber pests from gaining entry to our premises.   Gerard and Vicki have been amazing through the whole process! We found white ants in our garage just before Christmas and they squeezed us in to do not only the treatment but a very thorough and complete inspection! We have since had our barrier done by them as well. Very friendly and totally worked in with us. I can’t speak highly enough of them. Text messages and calls answered promptly. Totally recommend!!!

Gerard is one of those guys who immediately instills complete confidence regarding his knowledge and expertise in his field and a great bloke, while Leanne, in the office, is a very pleasant and extremely efficient front line to the business.
