  From the initial booking through to the inspection and final report, Jason & Ondray were extremely efficient and professional. I received reminders prior to the day of the inspection, as well as a message telling me exactly what time Jason would arrive - this was really helpful. During the inspection, Jason showed his experience and knowledge as well as excellent communication skills. Billing was quick and the value for money for the service was great. . I can recommend Sunnystate without any hesitation.
