I came across this company through a referral and couldn’t be happier with the experience. We had a termite reticulation system installed, and Allan provided excellent advice from the outset. The office arranged installation for the very next business day, which was impressive. The technician who attended site was outstanding — highly professional, polite, and clearly very skilled. I highly recommend this company for their professionalism, knowledge, and quality of service. I’ll definitely be using them again.

I was recommended Stevie Redback by a retriable building company who uses them so rang them. We had a big problem in my mind internal door frames and window revels eaten away. I called the office and told them about my problem the lady was extremely helpful telling me what to and not to do. An inspection was arranged for the next day as she said we need to get this looked at asap. Allan turned up on time the next day. I walked around with Allan to show the problem he inspected everything and all surrounding areas whilst at the same time explained exactly what he was seeing and doing in detail. He then treated the areas required explaining what he was doing and why. I am incredibly happy with the service but more importantly the explanation of what Allan found and what he was doing to rectify it.
