Very happy with Marks service. Mark gave me a quote $260 lower than the previous quote . He came out the next day and installed a one way door to the area where the possum was coming and going. He then sealed up the remaining area and suggested I put chalk on the drainpipe, the possum was using to access the roof interior. At the time I hadn’t heard a possum in the roof on that day, but the next day early in the morning I heard scratching noises near the one way trap. When I came out the possum was sitting on the roof near the one way door. I believe the possum was trying to re enter the premises as it was early morning when it would be returning to seek shelter being nocturnal. After confirming I hadn’t heard any more internal noises Mark came back and removed the one way trap . He also saw a plant growing in the guttering of the house and removed , plus a wasps nest at no extra charge. Mark then conducted a termite inspection for me as well. At all times Mark was polite and friendly. He was punctual and on time. I would happily recommend his services.
