  I found the technical consultant to be very courteous and professional. I was very aware of the need to maintain 'distance' from the consultant while performing his various tasks and not to impair, obstruct or influence the site observations and assessment. In my opinion, the consultant demonstrated technical expertise and experienced in performing his task; he took time out to highlight various observations in and around the house. I was aware that the Building and Pest inspection of this 70 year would highlight 'wear n tear' issues. It was very edifying to speak with the consultant about various issues and observations. Much appreciated! In summary, I found his observations and final report to be factual, accurate and reasonable. I felt comfortable in providing the Building and Pest report as honest and comprehensive to prospective buyers.

  David did a great job. He was thorough, helpful, knowledgeable and reassuring while doing a building and pest inspection for my first home. David provided clear explanations about aspects of the property and the report. He addressed all my concerns and was extremely professional and friendly. The booking and payment process was also very convenient, and all the administrative staff were fantastic.
