Had such a great experience with Annual Pest Management. They were on time, super friendly and really efficient. What I appreciated most was that they took the time to walk me through every step of the process and answer all my extra pest questions — nothing felt rushed. And all at a really great price. Couldn’t recommend them more!

We had our annual pest management treatment completed on 21 October 2025 and were very happy with the service. The technician was extremely friendly, professional, and arrived very promptly. The whole process was smooth and efficient, and everything was clearly explained. We really appreciated the great customer service and will definitely continue using this company for future treatments.

The team were responsive via email. They arrived early to do the rest of the complex and checked in to see if they could come earlier for the individual unit which was really helpful. They explained what they were doing and what to expect. Would recommend!

A responsive and effective company - we had a nasty cockroach issue and they were able to help us resolve it in a timely and effective manner. Tremal in particular had great customer service. He put my kids and dog at ease during the process and treated our cockroach problem efficiently. Also he tried to actually identify the cause of the issue, instead of just a short term solution, which made a big difference. Thank you!

Annual Pest Management has treated our house for 2 years now and I have found their service both over the phone in organising a treatment at short notice and in person to be great. Tremal attended our house this year for a pest treatment as we have had a resurgence of ants. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable in relation to the issues we’re having. Annual Pest Management came by today to a pest spray. Communication beforehand was excellent. Tremal who did the work explained it all very clearly and was very personable. As the work was only done today it is still a bit early to confirm it worked, but APM were very professional throughout.
