He came out the next day and checked out the roof and was very informative as how rodents and unwanted guests get into roof spaces and what can be done about it. We had Adam come out and inspect our roof as we were hearing noises so didn't know if it was a possum or rats. Adam confirmed it was a rats and put a few baits up in the roof for us and advised he'd be back for an inspection in a a month or two to see if the baits have worked. Very great service. Will use again in the future!
