If you are looking to buy a home, don't get a building+pest guy, get a pest only expert like Luke. He has been in the industry for many years, very knowledgable & thorough. The house we were purchasing already came with a B&P report the real estate agent provided. We decided to go with Luke, an independent source. Luckily we did, compared to the B&P report given by the agent, as Luke found more evidence of pest history in the property. He are grateful to be able to hire Luke, and in such short notice too. Highly highly recommend Luke!
