Brisbane City Pest Control

My house mate and I had a pest control visit from the Brisbane City Pest Control, the gentleman's name was Keith, he was prompt, warm, friendly, very passionate about his work, excellent with information and very professional. I would recommend him for any pest control work in the future, he was spot on, thank you. .....I had a follow up visit yesterday with the Brisbane City Pest Control team. Keith attended to appointment and was once again professional, courteous, informative, thorough with the treatment and full of passion for his work and did a fantastic job. I also had dealings with the kind lady in the office, Mariah, she was outstanding. Again professional, respectful, understanding and very efficient and very genuine, a rare combination these days. I never had to chase information, advice or details of bookings etc. She was ahead on all counts and very kindly helped me navigate the process. Excellent customer service. I would have not expected to put the term "pleasurable experience" in the same sentence as "removal of a pest infestation", but there you go. Wonderful company, wonderful people and great work. Highly recommended from my end, thank you.
