We had a great experience with Pratik. From the moment we booked the appointment, everything was smooth and professional. Pratik arrived on time, explained the entire process clearly, and took the time to answer all my questions. What impressed us most was how thorough he was every corner was inspected, treated, and double‑checked. Within a short time, I noticed a huge improvement, and the pests were completely gone. He also gave helpful tips to prevent future issues, which we really appreciated. If you’re looking for reliable, friendly, and effective pest control, I highly recommend them. Great service and great results!

Just recently had termites done in my house, ceiling n barriers around my house. Pratik is very knowledgeable and consistently check up on his work to see if there are any more active termites. He went far and beyond. He even did my garden for free of charge. I Highly recommend him. Amazing service and at a very reasonable cost. Definitely going to use Pratik.

Have been using Jims Pest Control for last few years. Pratik is always friendly and professional. Never had a problem with the pest after the treatment on our house. Pratik also treats our garden trees (400+ trees) on a regular basis for any termite damage. Very happy with the price and quality.

5 Stars - Consistently outstanding since 2022. As born and bred Territorians, we’ve used many pest control companies over the years, but none have come close to the level of service Patrik provides. We’ve been using him since 2022, and he has delivered exceptional service every single time. Whether it’s routine inspections or dealing with unexpected pest issues, Patrik is always professional, reliable, and incredibly thorough. He takes the time to explain everything clearly, uses safe and effective treatments, and genuinely cares about long-term results. We trust him so much that he accesses our home even when we’re not there—a level of trust that speaks volumes about his integrity and reliability. It’s rare to find someone so consistent, honest, and easy to work with. We couldn’t recommend Patrik more highly.
