Outstanding service – highly recommend Instinct Pest Control I discovered a white ant problem and was understandably very worried. I was referred to Instinct Pest Control by another contractor, and from the very first contact I knew I was in good hands. Communication was clear and prompt, and the pricing was very competitive. Nat was fantastic to deal with and organised an inspection for the very next day, which was a huge relief. Alan came out to inspect the property and you would be hard-pressed to find a nicer or more professional person. He was extremely thorough and picked up issues in the yard that I had completely missed. From there, we moved straight into a practical and well-explained treatment plan. It wasn’t an easy job, but Ewen and Alan worked incredibly hard to find the right solution and kept me informed at every step of the process. This is a team that is experienced, honest, fair, and genuinely committed to doing the job properly. I couldn’t have asked for better people to help me through what was a very stressful situation. I highly recommend Instinct Pest Control to anyone needing termite or pest work done.

Ewen did an assume job putting up possum boxes for me. When the plan to move some already installed boxes failed, because they were occupied. Ewen was able to source other boxes, and still install them even when getting showered with possum pee. The possums are no longer sleeping in branches. Thank you!

I just wanted to give some feedback concerning the service during our latest treatment. Natalie was absolutely so fantastic and helpful on the phone leading up to the service, she had great patience with my many questions and very thoroughly addressed my queries. When Cameron arrived he was on-time, professional and very helpful with explaining the whole process and how we could best manage the service with my animals being present. I would not hesitate to use Instinct Pest Management again in future and will absolutely be recommending them to everyone I can, It's clear the team are seasoned professionals who run a tight ship and have wonderful customer service.

Andrew and the team at instinct pest management were absolutely fantastic. I brought my property over 4 years ago & have had issues with possums throughout those years.
