We recently used KR Pest Control for a German cockroach treatment, and I couldn’t recommend them more highly. Jake R did an absolutely amazing job. He was incredibly thorough, not only spraying the entire house carefully and placing traps strategically, but also taking the time to explain the problem in detail. He shared a lot of helpful knowledge about German cockroaches and gave us practical tips on what we can do to prevent this from happening again. Jake was also extremely friendly and professional. I felt completely comfortable having him in my home, which is especially important when you’re dealing with something a bit uncomfortable like a cockroach issue. He had a fantastic attitude and spent plenty of time making sure everything was done properly and that we felt reassured. From the first phone call, the team was super responsive and easy to deal with. They arrived exactly when they said they would and handled everything smoothly.
