Jake recently carried out a termite inspection at our property and we are more than satisfied with the work he did. He arrived right on time, was extremely well presented and was very friendly and professional throughout the process. As he worked he explained everything he was doing The inspection very was thorough and covered the interior of the house, the roof space, under the house and various trees and stumps on the property. There were some minor issues and Jake advised on how to address them. We were impressed by the detailed report we received afterwards. Jake is extremely professional and we would highly recommend him to anyone looking to ensure their home is pest-free. Great value for money and fantastic customer service!

Jake was very responsive when I contacted him for a quote. When Steven and Aaron came out to our house they did an excellent job. They called prior to coming which I thought was great because not many tradies do that these days. They were also very professional and accommodating. Throughout the whole time I felt like they did not rush their service/treatmeny. They were very thorough when they inspected our home and recommended the appropriate treatment. We are very happy and will definitely be calling you guys out again.

Had Aaron come out to deal with a pretty bad situation — spiders, cockroaches and rodents all at once. Honestly wasn't sure what to expect but he was brilliant from start to finish. What stood out was that he actually took the time to explain what type of cockroaches were in the house and where they were likely coming from, which I really appreciated rather than just spraying and leaving. He was meticulous with everything he did, kept things hygienic throughout and clearly followed proper pest control protocol the whole way through. You could tell he actually takes pride in his work. Felt very comfortable having him in my home. Would 100% recommend and will be using again
