This was our first time having Eagle Termite & Pest Management, we have always had our property checked and protected against pests of all description, but the customer service from Jo today, was an exceptional difference. I watched her undertake a thorough and extensive inspection and then apply the pest spray. She was friendly and worked quickly. This was the first time booking Joanne to do a pest inspection and she was absolutely fantastic! She did a very thorough inspection for termites and discussed options with us for relocating some rodents. The pest report was detailed and arrived within a day of her inspection. Ive just had Jo do a termite inspection at my place for the second time. Jo and her staff are knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. They undertake a thorough inspection and provide information about preventative treatments without the hard sell!

Joanne was excellent to deal with. She did a thorough job. We have a long house and she went into the roof all the way around and under the house, which was not easy to get to. But she did it.
