  Hi, I want to make an official compliment to Clayton who did my pest control. I am in customer service myself. Clayton is an asset to your business, he is friendly, unassuming, has fantastic customer awareness. He is personable, polite and very informative. His product knowledge was helpful to me for suggestions and awareness, as I have spider and mosquito problems. He worked hard and was very thorough. I have to say the man that attended last year was here 5 minutes and I had cockroache, spider and mosquito problems within 2 months of him being here. I actually don’t believe it was done properly but Clayton had made up for that. Thank you

  I recently switched to Master Pest Control Gordon after an extremely disappointing experience with Flick, despite being a long-term client with them. Flick made an error, showed no care for retention, and their so-called “15% discount” ended up being almost the same price as Master Pest Control anyway. Making the move was the best decision. Master Pest Control Gordon delivered exceptional service — professional, thorough, and genuinely customer-focused. They took the time to explain everything clearly, addressed all concerns, and provided real value for money. I felt looked after from start to finish. Very happy with the service and will definitely continue with them going forward. Highly recommended!

  Great experience with Clayton the technician who’s been wonderful on every visit to my home. His communication with me has been brilliant face to face and on line. His work ethic is excellent. He is punctual always, pleasant and personable as well as polite and thoughtful and full of info on termites. On the day he installed my termite barriers he worked from 8 am til 6.30 pm on a boiling hot day without a break all day. He could have done with some help as it’s a huge job and while he has a couple of guys helping for an hour in the morning early he was alone all day. He did a wonderful job. As for the administration of the company I have found them to be good too. They always answer promptly any questions I have had. I have a long way to go this year with Masters as they will monitor the barrier for the next 12 months. I hope I’m able to give them as good a review at the end of 12 months as I’m doing today.

  we are very happy with the termite inspection work carried out by Shaun from Masters Pest Control. He arrived at our house on time as scheduled, did a thorough inspection both outside and inside the house. At the end he gave a verbal report which was followed up later the same day a written report. Then he discussed the different treatment options available. When I replied to Masters the option I have chosen, when within a day or two Masters has scheduled a date they will come over to do the work. Excellent, professional team!

  They are professionals and have been helping me with a termite issue at my house. Shaun has been great with providing information and a solution to address the issue. Whilst Masters aren't the cheapest provider out there, their services and capability are high and justify the price for peace of mind and proper solutions. They have also been kind and offered a discount on what can be a really expensive termite treatment. Thanks team - highly recommend.
