This bloke has seen more houses than a real estate agent and knows exactly what he’s looking for within minutes — no hesitation, no guesswork, just pure mastery of his craft. We were incredibly lucky and no termites were found, but honestly, the thought of dealing with termites without Gerard is nightmare fuel. If there were termites, this is the man you’d want on your side — calm, confident, and completely in control. On top of that, Gerard confirmed the subfloor was bone dry, which very likely saved us many tens of thousands of dollars on a full gutter and downpipe replacement I was being steered toward unnecessarily. That single call paid for itself many times over. Do not panic. Do not start ripping things apart. Do not call a plumber first. Call Gerard. He will save you money, stress, and possibly your sanity. Absolute weapon. Five stars isn’t enough.

Very happy with the service that Gerard continues to offer. He's attentive, knowledgeable and wants what is best for his customers. Very reasonably priced. Unlike larger pest companies I've used in the past that have a high turnover of inadequately trained staff, Gerard seems to have been in the business for a while and knows his stuff.
