Excellent service! Owen was friendly, helpful and efficient. House was sprayed inside and outside. Owen explained everything that was happening and was mindful and considerate of our family as he went about his job. He provided helpful advice on small fixes we can make to prevent further pests in our home.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had Owen out to do a pest inspection and treatment at my home, and I was extremely impressed with the level of care and professionalism. His inspection was exceptionally thorough, with plenty of discussion along the way and very clear feedback about what he was seeing. He also gave practical recommendations — including what not to do — which I really appreciated. While he isn’t the cheapest, I was more than happy to pay for the quality of service provided. The report was detailed, and the spray was done properly, both inside and out — no rushing, no shortcuts. Owen was also incredibly considerate of my dog, making sure she was safely out of the way before spraying, which meant a lot to me. Overall, a high-quality, thoughtful service, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a thorough and professional pest technician.
