Usher Group

I found them really rude and inconsiderate. Many of my neighbours shared my frustration with the way they went about their business - Very poor communication and lack of consideration for residents privacy and belongings. They came onto my property several times a day for two weeks using it as a pausing place as they absailed to the roof. Using a small crane would have been less invasive for residents . They carelessly dragged one of my large pots unnecessarily, as you can see, there was space for walking around it. It was the only thing on a 4 meter balcony. They left a broken pot and soil on the tiles, without any note to apologise nor clean up, nor replace the pot. My management kindly contacted the Body Corporate involved, they forwarded the photos and requested reimbursement. There has been no communication from Usher Group, and no follow up as promised to the Body Corporate.. I tried to call the Usher Group office, and no answer. 6 months later the beautiful rose bush and pot have been discarded. $300 down the drain.

I have always had exceptional experiences with the team from Usher and in particular Lisa Ketjen, who consistently goes above and beyond. I’ve never experienced such thoughtful and genuine relationship management, there’s always a friendly follow-up message and often a small gift with a personal note.
