Regional Painting and Property Maintenance SEQ

I bought a old house on Bribie island that was built in 1976. It needed a lot of work & Mick from Regional Painting and Property Maintenance SEQ came and talked to me about priorities on the repairs and painting. He gave me many suggestions & his quote was competitive. As a pensioner I was very pleased his work was professional & reliable. I don't trust most trades people but Mick was very trustworthy. we sill have work to do when I save up more money. I am very happy with the repairs & painting it was a lot of work so far on a old neglected house. The house is looking better.

My first contact with Mick was when he was painting an 'up-market' house a few doors away. The owners were extremely pleased with his work and invited me to take a closer look at both the inside and outside of their house. I was most impressed. Shortly afterwards, I decided that a rental house I own on Bribie needed smartening up on both the in and outsides. I sought advice from three contractors on what should be done regarding its preservation and appearance and, of course, the cost. Mick's approach was a clear winner. He took time to fully access the property before advising his opinion on what, why and how the project should be conducted in order to achieve the desired result. This included the surface preparation, paint quality and discussion on matching and enhancing colours. He also pointed out small areas on wood, plaster, render and gutters that he would repair. In addition to his planned approach, his price was very competitive by comparison with the others. I would certainly recommend you seek advice and a price from Mick before you settle on any painting project.
