I have had great communication with the company during the duration of my claim. Painters, Plasterers, Floor laying. The longest delay was the drying up of moisture in my slab. Communication through procedure was great. Dates, times were always spot on. If there was a hicup I received a phone call, both from tradie and Aizer Thank you Ashley.

We are extremely disappointed with Aizer Insurance Builders, the company RACQ appointed to repair our hail-damaged roof. We are now at week 18 of repairs, with no clear end in sight, and the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Instead of fixing our home, they have caused more damage than they have repaired. Here’s just some of the issues we’ve encountered: - Chips and scratches on our composite decking - Sharp metal offcuts, cigarette butts, Styrofoam, nails, and screws left around our property, leading to tyre damage on our vehicle - Rust marks on our deck, in our pool, and on our pool coping - Expansion joint of our home cut through, causing structural concerns - Significant delays with no communication or accountability - Sections of our roof left open and exposed to the elements for weeks, despite heavy rain and storms - A staggering $38,000 to date in variations on repairs, impacting our insurance premium, all due to their poor workmanship There has been zero care taken, and our dream home—built for our family—has been ruined. The lack of professionalism, attention to detail, and responsibility is appalling. No one should have to go through this experience. Avoid this company at all costs.

Aizer assessors were sent by RACQ after the Gold Coast cyclone to assess the damage to our adjoining fence with the neighbours and our side gate. The day the assessor came he spent the whole time talking about his neighbours and paid no attention to the detail of what was required to rebuild the fence and gate. The assessment sent through from RACQ , was absolutely in no way reflective of all the work required , there was no detail in the Aizer quote and the amount quoted did not even cover 1/3 of any other quote received and I was therefore unable to fix the fence or gate. The neighbours were with Allianz and the quote and money they received was 3 times more than my quote and adequate enough to build their share of the fence. RACQ promised to send another assessor who never came. Aizer has quoted on other jobs for RACQ after storms and no quote has ever covered the work required. I have no faith in Aizer and no faith inRACQ anymore. Time to go to Allianz who assessed the neighbours damage and sent the money through with 2 weeks so that they could get started on the job. 3 months later I’m still waiting for RACQ
