Hired Baz [X Painting Services] to refinish my garage floor. While I was expecting to see the existing imperfections in the slab, I was not expecting to see endless roller marks, along with several paint ‘spills’ evident in the finished coat. Unsure if this is due to a lack or experience/expertise, rushing to get the job done or thinning the paint down too far to make it cover. Probably a combination of all three. Crucially, Baz was unwilling to review and evaluate the issues in person, and correct the floor once the issues were confirmed. These issues fall well outside the ‘tolerance’ guidelines for painting Baz has subsequently provided. Baz is unwilling to take any responsibility and I would not recommend X Painting Services for even simple painting jobs.
Baz demonstrates excellent efficiency and skill as a painter. They maintain great communication, possess strong work ethics, and deliver high-quality finish.
I use Baz all the time for my painting work. We do bathroom and kitchen renovations and extensions. He is punctual and a very experienced painter. it is hard to get good tradies this days
