Ben did an absolutely fantastic job painting our ceilings! He was incredibly fast but still meticulous in his work, ensuring a flawless finish. Not only is he a skilled painter, but he’s also a genuinely lovely and friendly guy. He took so much care in covering our furnishings and left everything spotless—just as clean as he found it. It’s rare to find a tradesperson who combines efficiency with such attention to detail. I highly recommend Ben to anyone looking for quality painting with a professional and considerate approach. DON'T USE ANYONE ELSE...THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST!!! UPDATE 01/12/25 The 3rd time I've used Procare in 6 months....for good reason. In preparation for getting our home for sale...advice from real estate agents suggested changing the 2nd storey render from a light creme to a darker colour to bring it up to a 2025 look. I contacted Procare in May to get a quote ...which although slightly dearer than other quotes, Ben quoted on the much better (and more expensive) 'Dulux Acrosheild' rather than the cheaper Weathershield product other painters had quoted on. (I was given the option to use this ...but for a couple of hundred dollars more...an excellent investment). Due to winter setting in...i waited till summer to do the job based on Ben's advice) Ben and Navid arrived on time as usual and worked in 30c heat 2 days straight...at height...only taking 1x15 minute break a day. Ben discovered that some of my render was starting to deteriorate...and needed a sealant coating first. Thinking it would add to the cost...Ben informed me it's included no extra charge. After 2 coats (as planned)...Ben wasn't 100% happy (I was thrilled)...and he insisted on a 3rd Coat...again, no extra charge. The results were amazing and my agent said it's added thousands to the value of the house. Ben and Navid are the hardest working tradesmen I've ever met and absolute gentleman. I will be using them for a 4th and 5th time next year for other projects...and won't waste my time getting other quotes. UPDATE 1st October 2025. I booked Ben and Navid for some further work to my investment property on Saturday 27th September (the day after my tenants moved out) to finalize some finishing touches prior to going on the market for sale on the 8th October. What was supposed to be a straightforward job turned into a nightmare (for me). We all arrived at the property at the same time for Ben and Navid to commence the pre-booked exterior work. When I inspected inside the property...I was faced with different colour paint patches on EVERY wall in the house. My 'well meaning ' tenants had decided to 'touch up' the walls with a darker paint (rather than just cleaning stuff marks with sugarsoap grrr)...meaning the whole interior had to be repainted. In a panic...and a 1 week window to try and get this done before the property was to be staged and photographed...Ben and Navid came to my rescue. They spent the whole weekend repainting the inside and had it completed by the Monday. Whilst alot of painter's would've taken advantage of my desperation...Ben charged me more than a reasonable price...and as usual, an excellent result. I really believe this was the reason we achieved an excellent sale price. Thanks guys...I can't recommend Procare enough...I will never use anyone else. AUGUST 2025 Extremely happy with Procare Painting. I contacted Ben after reading his positive reviews...and was impressed with his punctuality, politeness and reasonable quote. I needed some fading cladding restored and painted on a property we're planning to sell. After speaking with my agent regarding colour choices...I contacted Ben on a Friday to give him the go ahead (not expecting prompt action) As luck would have it...Melbourne experienced unseasonally dry weather on the weekend of 21/22 June...and with less than 24 hours notice...Ben organised his crew and completed the job on their weekend off. AMAZING SERVICE. He used a higher quality product (I did my research) and Extremely happy with the outcome...so much so, I've already had him quote on a much bigger project at another property. For someone that who has left numerous positive and negative reviews...Ben and his team are worthy of my recommendation

Ben from Procare showed a high level of professionalism in his work. Polite and showed up when agreed. Quiet and diligent. Made sure the colour match was perfect.
