Carlos was absolutely awesome, from first phone call, to quote to finished work. He was reliable and honest. He propped up the fence that broke in a storm bc of safety issues for my family with no extra charge but out of kindness while I waited for the fence to be built. His work with his team is of an excellent standard!! He knows his trade, takes pride in his work, has integrity and executes excellent craftsmanship!! After seeking several quotes to replace a 30-metre fence that was falling down, I encountered a range of frustrations, one contractor didn’t show up for the site inspection, another charged a fee just to inspect the site, and others took days to respond to messages. Then I got in touch with Carlos from Noori Fencing, and to say I was pleasantly surprised is an understatement. He arrived for the site inspection as scheduled, listened carefully to what I wanted, and even suggested thoughtful improvements such as using steel posts and adding a gate. We agreed on an installation date, and I was impressed when Carlos later called to ask if I’d like the work done even sooner. I was more than happy to accept. The entire process took about two days and was completed to a very high standard. I’m extremely happy with the final result and would highly recommend Carlos at Noori Fencing for any fencing work.
