Matt and his team worked tirelessly through challenging weather conditions, to deliver a high quality finish within the estimated time frame. Period features, a steep roof and some unexpected restoration work tested their skills and patience and they didn't disappoint. We used Matt and the team at Gollings Master Painters for a building project in Canterbury after being given a recommendation. Matt has extensive knowledge in his field and is a great communicator. We had some minor delays during the project and Matt shuffled his schedule to accomodate as best he could to make sure we could achieve the updated program. We will be using them again 👍

Matt and his company have completed 3 jobs for us. All yielded highly satisfactory results. External painted timber exposed to the Bay is still in great shape after 7 years. High gloss black wood surrounds on 2 marble fireplaces were a challenge as Matt successfully corrected coating failures from an earlier painter. Gloss levels and surface appearance are still excellent 8 years later. Matt and his team have recently painted internal doors, skirting, window surrounds etc in semi-gloss. The finish is like it was sprayed. Most sanding was competed with high tech dust extraction. Great dust management. Hand sanding was also involved so there was some dust as expected but this was minimal.
