  I engaged Nick to paint some areas of our house in readiness for sale. We were on a tight schedule and needed someone who could fit in with that and provide a good quality finish. We struck on a winner and more. From the moment I met Nick I was impressed with his friendly yet very professional approach, nothing was too hard or difficult even when I threw a curve ball or two by changing the plans along the way.   Nick recently painted the bathroom in our investment property, which included a wall that had suffered water damage in the past and was painted by someone else without proper wall preparation resulting in horrendous, unsightly peeling. Nick met me at the property and inspected the walls. He explained in detail the steps he would undertake and why, his preferred paint and other products he would use, the timeframe for completing the work, and then provided us with a detailed quote. Nick also attended to some other painting jobs around the house that I requested and installed a new quality exhaust fan in our bathroom. He was able to get all the work done at fairly short notice, and provided updates as he progressed, including photos. The quality of the work is absolutely superb. If you want a cheap and nasty job, go somewhere else. If you want an exceptional, flawless job at a competitive price by someone who is passionate and fussy about what he does and provides a level of customer service that is second to none, Nick is your man.

  Nic and Maria have done a fantastic job painting the interior of my rental property within strict time constraints juggling work between carpet fitters and new tenants. Very punctual; clean; and a brilliant finish. The job came in on budget and was very affordably priced. Awesome communications keeping me in the loop throughout the week. Not only a fantastic job but a lovely couple as well. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

  I used Insideout Home Maintenance after my ducted air conditioning leaked and caused water damage to walls and ceilings. The service was impeccable and I could not find a fault in the quality of the work. The stains were treated and painted appropriately and the walls and ceiling are like new again. Could not recommend their service enough! (Also very friendly and cost efficient)
