Nick recently painted the bathroom in our investment property, which included a wall that had suffered water damage in the past and was painted by someone else without proper wall preparation resulting in horrendous, unsightly peeling. Nick met me at the property and inspected the walls. He explained in detail the steps he would undertake and why, his preferred paint and other products he would use, the timeframe for completing the work, and then provided us with a detailed quote. Nick also attended to some other painting jobs around the house that I requested and installed a new quality exhaust fan in our bathroom. He was able to get all the work done at fairly short notice, and provided updates as he progressed, including photos. The quality of the work is absolutely superb. If you want a cheap and nasty job, go somewhere else.
