Jay Duggin Painting

Par Excellence to Jay Duggin Painting. Particularly to his painter Andrew who was amazing. He managed in a few hours to turn a previous disaster of a painting job into a perfect finish. ( Plus restore my sanity!!). Rang Jay; ( recommended by a more than satisfied friend who had engaged Jay and his team on a very large exterior job). He came and quoted the next morning. Job was booked for 4 days later. Andrew arrived promptly at the expected time and quickly began preparation. As well as being most professional in his trade, he was courteous, friendly and considerate in every way; checking in with me and explaining what he was doing. Asked if I was satisfied with with the finished patching and painting, before starting to pack up. Vacuumed the area. Moved furniture back into place. Even took away some old paint tins. My heartfelt thanks 🙏 to Jay and Andrew. Also for their honesty and integrity.

I was very impressed as soon as I opened the door three smart polite smiling young men . They worked out the plan together and got to work straight away ,working in two different areas , covered furniture floors Took down curtains moved all heavy furniture Etc started with the ceilings and worked silently No loud music and so polite. All paint etc kept together in an area under veranda on tarps , unbelievably tidy!, Very short lunch break I was so impressed The weather was very cold and we all managed so well .every room was painted and we were able to use the rooms as soon as they were completed , each day they packed all their gear up ,covered it all with clean tarps and left ,Always very helpful and arrived on time started work straight away , I was able to add a few extra touches as well , Jay worked with us and we feel we could ask him anything It was a very positive experience and all finished, furniture back in place ,curtains rehung all looking smart clean and neat as a pin ,in three days !! I’d rung 3 local painter prior to Jay!! I never heard back from any of them!! I saw a billboard advertising jdp at Glenelg bowling club. I rang and Jay responded within two days. He was around that week and my paining is now complete. The prep work was impeccable ( my ceiling fan looked like a Xmas present it was wrapped so well ) very happy with Andy and the apprentices. Strongly recommend :)
