Have used Juan and his team at Smart Finishes over the past few years without any issues over our commercial assets and have seen his work on residential projects as well. They take adequette steps regarding site preparation and always clean up after the job. Well priced and communication has never been a problem.

We recently had the interior of our house painted and the outdoor decks varnished by Smart Finishes, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish, Juan and his team were professional, friendly, and incredibly meticulous. Not only was the workmanship exceptional, but they also completed the project on time and kept everything clean and tidy throughout the process. It’s clear they take great pride in their work, and it truly shows. We highly recommend Smart Finishes to anyone looking for top-quality painting services. Thank you for making our home look amazing!

I’m a builder in Brisbane and have worked on many of Brisbanes most prestigious traditional homes and properties. It’s so critical not only for the homeowner, but also for my reputation as a builder that we utilize the best services and skills possible to achieve the highest standards. I can always depend on Juan for professional advice with long term results. With many cheap alternative products on the market with all aspects of building I depend on Juan’s knowledge of high quality finishes, paint selections, and prep work to achieve the results the clients and myself demand. It’s also comforting to know that the team are respectful and approachable for both the homeowner and the builder. I highly recommend. Brendan, PinkFinch Constructions
