  Tom was very professional to deal with and showed deep knowledge in the painting industry technical practices. Had him put to inspect poor workmanship from a painter (new build) and confirm that our concerns were not unfounded and warranted further action to be taken with the builder. His report was submitted as supporting evidence to the builder, which led to a maintenance painter being appointed. Would definitely recommend.
