Timeframe Group

Matthew and his business Timeframe carried out a large external painting job on our strata building on Sydneys lower north shore earlier this year. The job ran for approximately 6 months. Through no fault of Matthews the job was not easy, we had many extended periods of heavy rain, and someone in a neighbouring building who lets just say, was particularly difficult. Throughout however Matthew and his staff always remained unfailingly polite and helpful. Matthew is a business owner who considers his reputation to be everything. Frequently he would go above and beyond in relation to customer service. I always knew that what ever issues or problems we might have Matthew would resolve them to our satisfaction. In a building where access is not easy, Timeframe were always exceedingly accomodating. Most days Matthew was on site himself. He was always very keen to make sure that the site was left safe and very tidy each day. He is great at communication and kept me really well informed with updates each day, I couldnt have asked for more. Its lovely to work with a tradesperson you feel you can completely trust. I have no hesitation in recommending Timeframe

I used Mathew and his team to sand back and re-stain some extremely large external sliding cedar doors and window frames. This was quite a difficult job due to the size of the doors and the height of the windows. I had various trades unwilling to undertake the work due to its complexity. We are extremely happy with the end result and the staining was matched perfectly. We were so impressed with the final result we also painted the inside of house as well with the same excellent result. I would not hesitate to recommend Mathew and his team for any painting or staining work

It has become increasingly difficult to find good tradies, Matt Quoted and made some great suggestions for a Pre-Sale refresh of our house including painting repairs for pealing/ cracking paint from previous not so great painters, Bruno and Jana from Timeframe Group with Matt just completed the job and as they said, It's all in the preparation and attention to detail, the result has been fantastic , neat , tidy and regular cleanup at the end of everyday , so as previously mentioned , it's hard and difficult to find good tradies and i can easily highly recommend Matt and His Team from Timeframe Group

It was a great experience dealing with Matt and the boys. From quote to finished job all went as planned and nothing was left undone. The job was big on a fairly difficult site. Love your work guys our house looks outstanding. I would happily recommend this crew.

Matt and his team did a great job at my home. It was a complex job involving 2nd floor timber restoration work. We also used a new oil product. Matt kept me fully informed along the way provided regular videos and photos. He arranged the scaffolding required for the job. Along the way he found some extra things that needed attention and always called me before doing any extra work. The job site was tidy and his team professional and respectful.
