Getting Kim in to style our home for sale was without doubt the best decision we could have made. We had some nice furniture and some not so nice furniture, and the way she brought it all together, rearranged, added some of her own props, you would think we had spent tens of thousands of dollars on designer furniture! Kim is a magician and with every wave of her wand each room in our home became perfectly staged ready for the photographer and our buyers, who snapped it up in record time! Kim is professional to deal with every step of the way, and the speed and detail in which she works is exceptional. A week has passed since Kim came and helped us re-arrange our living space, and we are absolutely thrilled with the result. I contacted Kim because her classic, Hamptons aesthetic resonates with me. We were first introduced to Kim through a friend who said ‘Kim is fantastic, she really knows how space works – it is really worth using her to style your home”. We had never used a ‘stylist’, and of course I thought ‘hello can’t I style it myself’….as I had perused so many real estate internal shots looking for homes. Therefore, I was a little reluctant to pay for someone to move my furniture around! However, we are convinced now, and trust Kim completely! We have now had Kim style two of our homes! The first one we had was taking months to sell. We had Kim come and just tell us what to do with what we had. She had instant charisma and knowledge. She is a burst of positive energy, with passion and ability for her craft. I liked her immediately – she was fun, positive and confident. She came down the path to our home and didn’t miss a beat…started immediately by saying “ok get rid of that, and put two plants there and take that away, put the other chair there…clear all that..” and so on.. The end result was fantastic photos and a quick sale. She also styled our current home that is now on the market and we’ve already had an offer after just one week! We were preparing a house for sale, we enlisted Kim's help to give us a step up into how people think, she has been absolutely wonderful treating us as partners and not just clients.
