He was reliable from day one, showed up when he said he would, and kept me in the loop the whole way through. No chasing. No confusion. Just straight, honest communication. The workmanship was exactly what you hope for when you bring someone into your home. Solid, clean, and clearly done by people who take pride in what they do. Every part of the job was finished properly, not rushed, and the end result speaks for itself. One thing that really surprised us was the effort they put into the final cleanup. Miles brought in a cleaning business called The Polished Rose, and their work was exceptional. They didn’t just tidy up—they left the place looking better than it did before the job even started. My wife took one look and told me we should hire them for our weekly house clean. That probably tells you everything you need to know. Working with Miles and his team was easy. No stress. No drama. Miles went above and beyond, offering sound advice on what to do for maximum impact and value, and doing a great job on a wide range of large and small tasks.
