My mum recently lost the keys to her home, and we called Brian from iLockWA. He came out the very next day and was incredibly helpful. Brian clearly explained what he was going to do and reassured us that safety was his top priority. Talk about going the extra mile! Brian was recommend to me by one of his competitors. When I explained where I had lost my car and house keys, he arranged to meet me at the train station drive me home (about 20 minutes drive ) and had me inside in seconds. In the morning he called me when he arrived at the car he told me the process of cutting me two keys and reprogramming them for my car would be about an hour. So stay home until he called then book an uber to get back to the station Can not say enough about how Brian went out of his way to help in my hour of need.

Brian was fantastic. All of us managed to leave the house without keys and the spares weren’t in the lockbox! Brian was 10 minutes away and made a diversion when I called and got us inside. Highly recommend!
