We’d been trying to get a digital lock installed, but after a few frustrating experiences with other locksmiths (either not wanting to take on the job or giving unrealistically low quotes that definitely felt like they would skyrocket later), we were starting to lose confidence. Then we found Nathan. From the very beginning, he was honest, transparent, and incredibly easy to communicate with. It was clear straight away that he’s a genuine local professional who takes real pride in his work. No pushy sales tactics, no vague pricing, just straightforward advice and clear expectations. The installation itself was perfect. I have a very keen eye for detail, and he lined the locks up perfectly, everything looks and works beautifully. Nathan is very responsive with communication anytime, transparent with his reasonable fees, & scheduled a service straight away. I requested him to come back because I forgot another doorlock to be serviced. He came back the next day without hesitation & even waived his Call Out fee. He’s highly recommended.

Nathan was very professional and helpful. He fixed our front door lock which has been giving us issues (can’t open/lock properly). Other locksmith who attempted to fix the door seemed to put “band aid” solution. Nathan replaced the problematic spare part and it’s now working smoothly. He also replace the bedroom lock promptly.
