Matt had his work cut out for him at our place late week! We needed all the locks changed since our home was previously a rental. There are many unprofessional locksmiths out there. It is worrying when you're inviting a stranger into your house and give them access to security. But Matt was great. He checked the locks, changed only those which needed to be changed and provided advice on how my home can be secured even further. His pricing was fair and he took his time to do a good job. Matt answered the phone tomorrow daughter graciously on a Sunday afternoon. Her front door was jammed and locked. He talked it through with both my daughter and my husband.
