Great service from Salisbury Locksmiths! Very quick response to my request for assistance when I called. Mitchell was excellent, notified me of time of arrival and was very friendly and helpful. He gave me full information about the expected costs so that I could make an informed decision about the work to be done, which he carried out efficiently and professionally. Would definitely recommend.

I went in with my door handle assembly that I could not separate. The young guy took the lock & returned within 5 minutes & said that i did not have inner shield lined up with the release tab. He did not ridicule me & said no charge. I will use them again in the future. Great service.

Andrew helped with some sliding door handle/key replacements - went above and beyond when unexpected issues arose with the locks. Very knowledgeble, reliable, and such wonderful customer service. Really appreciated his time, effort, and great demeaner! Highly reccommend.

Had Andrew come by to replace the old flimsy back door lock with a much more secure lock. He also removed and refitted the existing fence gate lock, and even rekeyed it so everything works with the same key (very convenient). Friendly and efficient, I highly recommend Andrew!
