The customer service staff were extremely polite, friendly and helpful and were able to help resolve my issues on the day. Price was decent too! I am so grateful for the assistance provided, highly recommend going through these genuinely lovely people.

The charge was very reasonable. Ease of payment with card machine helped. Robyn at the shop booked the visit and was most pleasant to speak to. Highly recommend. Great, trustworthy company. Have used Adelaide Locksmiths twice now. Both times Cameron has come out and has been fantastic both times. I just assumed i would need to replace my locks, but Cameron was able to repair them instead of charging me so much more for new ones. I really appreciate dealing with such an honest company.
