David and his team have given our family outstanding customer service in previous times and most recently, when a lock of door leading to the outside was inoperable. I called Friday morning and within the same day David sent one of his team members, Richard to change the lock. Richard came prepared, with the correct lock and the job was done in less than half an hour. Richard also asked a couple of questions before installation to ensure it was exactly what we wanted. He also cleaned up! A few years ago we got broken into and David had to rekey the whole house. I have not used anyone else since, as this company is friendly, empathetic and super reliable. 5 stars!
