Went to these guys with an external door lock problem, returned with my lock's cylinder (as they suggested) and repairs were done on-the-spot for a very reasonable price. It's actually 'nice' to go to a PROFESSIONAL, have something repaired without fuss and at a very reasonable, not gouged, price. My first time going to this company AND it won't be the last. I rang four businesses on Thursday and most didn't get back to me until Friday morning and lunch, but these guys booked up an appointment on Thursday and they'd installed the dead bolt on my garage by 12pm Friday. Aris and James were friendly, professional, and passed on some good info about the locks involved. Everything got sorted super quick!
