  Michael was very responsive, communicative regarding when he would arrive, and he did the job efficiently. His price was fair and he kept his estimate even though the job was bigger than he thought. When he rekeyed the lock he provided keys that were numbered so if we ever lose them he will create a duplicate for free and we won't be locked out again. Thank you!
