  Jim has been informative and attentive and quick to respond in emails. The item is perfect for australia glass doors and aluminium doors. I bought the Yale Unity Slim Smart Lock, which fits and replaces my existing normal entry door like a glove!! I only had to do a little adjust on the strike plate, where I have to make the cut out wider and longer to fit the door lock’s bolt throw.

  I manage a property on the Gold Coast and I am always looking for reliable trades to assist me for the property owners. I have finally found a locksmith that I am happy to recommend. They were really clear with the appointment times, ringing before the appointment and conducting quality work. Brad was a delight to have in the house, very courteous, on time and completed the job with no fuss. I will be using Terry Locksmiths again and i recommend you do the same.

They clearly explained the process, completed the cutting and programming quickly, and ensured both keys were working perfectly before I left.   I was very happy with my experience with Terry's Locksmiths. We had used them before but were not disappointed this time. I rang to book a visit and they asked for photos and the reason for the work. I sent them on the weekend and received a response. The day they were due to turn up and within the time frame discussed, I received a text about 20 mins before they arrived to say they were coming and who would be attending to the job. They turned up on time and as a result of looking at the photos and the description of the job I wanted, the locksmith bought a product with him to see if I would like it. It was exactly what I wanted. Daemon did the job efficiently and pleasantly and he was gone within about 40 mins. He was able to issue an invoice on his mobile, I paid by card on his mobile and he then processed a receipt to be sent to my email address. It was all so efficient in such a busy time. I was impressed. I would recommend Terry's Locksmiths for any job you have in locks, security systems and safes to anyone on the Gold Coast. Jacqui 05/01/26.
