  So happy with the recent work Nick did to rectify the front door to our apartment building which was not closing properly. He skillfully moved the latch in the existing door so that the adjustment was not even visible and he adjusted the closer - it is now working better than it did when newly installed. Most of all I was impressed with how patient he was at explaining to me what needed to be done and agreeing to come back on another day to complete the work without extra charge so I could get approval from the strata. This is good old fashioned customer service and I wish Nick every success with his business
