Excellent experience and incredible customer service from the team at Inner West Locksmiths. Cannot recommend them highly enough. I called on a Friday morning needing help with my motorbike key, which was sticking/not opening the fuel tank anymore. Ben (motorcycle specialist) was able to provided practical advice and a plan via phone, and Danny went above and beyond to assist me when I arrived. The entire thing was sorted in a very timely fashion, and the cost was extremely reasonable! Their attention to detail and commitment to their craft is a credit to the business. Thanks again! Naomi

Highly recommend Inner West Locksmiths. I had a tricky situation trying to fit a smart lock with limited clearance behind a screen door. Daniel was incredibly patient and helpful over email, walking me through different options to find the right low-profile lock that would work. Joel handled the installation and did a fantastic job—the final result looks great. Excellent communication and expertise throughout the whole process.

Joel was friendly and transparent about the fee from the start when I had locked myself out after hours. $250 for call out fee. Arrived within half hour. My lock is tricky and he got in much quicker than the previous time I locked myself out. He was knowledgeable and professional. Very glad I called Inner West Locksmiths before nearly getting scammed by another company that came up first on Google

I was out of my area and doing work on a local terrace. The genuine pleasure and friendliness in the shop owners face, attitude and initial approach made me feel so welcome. I needed a lock re-keyed, one I had pulled off while the occupants were home waiting without a front door lock. It was ready in less than 45 mins. And the price! I expected I would pay double what I was charged, really. I feel like they got ripped off. And the gentleman was happy to be sociable! I could not think of another locksmith around I would rather give my money too. I plan to travel there no matter where I am.
