John was great, he fixed our emergency garage door opener lock and pulley system at a competitive price. The pulley system had a failure the day after and John returned to site the next business day to remediate the issue again at no extra cost. Great service and professional.

We needed a recommendation for a new external Smart Lock for a unit door exposed to general traffic. Legacy came well recommended and didn't disappoint. The Lock recommendation was spot on and installed within an hr. Even the builders who were doing some other work were impressed!! Would recommend without hesitation for the lower/upper North Shore.

Oops I did it again, I locked myself out! Friday afternoon, in the middle of my work day while working from home. Fortunately for John, who arrived promptly and helped me get back in before anyone realised I was missing hahaha. Price was reasonable but John, I might need a mate’s rate as a regular customer (yes I do this often 😂)!
