Quick and efficient service when I needed help removing padlock from an external gate; when chatting about other issues I had with a side gate and also a front door, Hayden took the time to provide helpful advice. When ordering the part needed for our front door, Hayden discovered that there was one in stock, even though it was not a common part, and he came straight back around on the same day to install the new front door lock. The team were able to assist me today with replacement keys for my Toyota Hilux. I was quoted a price on the phone and it was the same price in store. When the newly cut keys didn't quite work, the staff member resolved the issue immediately and cut a new set of keys back to factory specifications. They worked perfectly. After poor experiences with shopping mall key cutting services, I dreaded going back to overpriced and incompetent place like my local Mr Minit. Frost were the opposite, well priced, fast, great service.
